Pre-enrolment deadlines:

Program:
* 1500 hours, internship and individual study included
* 5 modules: Basic Competence & General Management; Tourism Professionals; Destination Management Business Plan; Internship
* hands-on experience:

University Credits (CFU) :
MTM is a University Master of Science Programme, which carries 60 University Credits (CFU). These may be used for further advanced study programs
(Higher Degrees – Laurea Magistrale)

Attendance: compulsory, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm

International class and faculty:
* 250 applications from 56 countries in 2009
* 25 selected students
* 1/3 of lecturers from international tourism research centres, 1/3 professionals, 1/3 Italian academics

Strong company involvement:
* 60 top-level business professionals involved in the programme as testimonials, teachers, tutors and internship hosts
* a network of more than 500 companies in Italy and abroad
* 7 out of 21 courses run by professionals on advanced and innovative issues
* 30 projects in partnership with leading companies over the first 6 editions

Internship:
* 6 months (300 hours mandatory to earn the MTM diploma)
* in Italy or abroad
* selected according to students’ preferences and aptitudes
* based on a specific project defined with one of MTM’s partner companies

Placement:
* 95% of MTM graduates find a job within 5 months after the end of the program
* 97% work in the field of tourism
* 2/3 of the students receive a job offer from the company that hosted their MTM internship

Tuition fees:
10,500 euros

Admission requirements:
* three-year first level degree in any subject, in Italy or abroad (minimum 15 school years - from primary school to university)
* excellent command of English
* work experience, albeit brief, in any field (non mandatory)
* experience abroad (non mandatory)
* highly motivated
* willingness to invest in personal growth and strong inclination towards entrepreneurship and teamwork
* willingness to meet the challenge of competitive international realities
* ability to handle an intense working pace

hospitality industry, cruise companies, air companies, trade fair agencies, congress and events organisations, tour operators, travel agency networks, public and private organisations for the promotion and development of territorial tourism products, specialised tourism project consultants
